Transportation

Once all orders have  been shipped out it is no longer the creator‘s responsibility so any damages that happen in transit will need to be reported with the shipping carrier and you may file a claim with them.  By continuing to purchase an item with this creator, you are understanding that things may happen during transit, and that you are able to get in touch with the Shipping carrier to file a claim.


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
